Nexier School Accessibility and Assistance Statement
Aim and scope
This statement covers the public and enabled account journeys on nexierschool.com. The service should be usable with keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings, text alternatives, labels, readable contrast and status information that does not rely only on colour. WCAG 2.2 AA and applicable accessibility law are assessment benchmarks, not a claim of completed conformance.
Evidence and limitations
This statement reflects the Operator's own review; third-party sign-in, payment and voice components are covered by their providers' accessibility statements. The existing source evidence must identify actual tested routes, assistive technology, languages and known barriers before a final conformance statement. Legal documents and acceptance controls must remain readable and operable; an inaccessible checkbox cannot be the only way to obtain terms or ask for help.
Assistance and complaints
Report the affected page, action and assistive technology through the approved contact route in the Legal Notice. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or sensitive health/child records in a general accessibility message. Provide an appropriate accessible alternative and a human escalation where a barrier prevents an essential service. No response-time or audit guarantee is created without an actual staffed commitment. Preserve all mandatory accessibility/consumer and public-body rights.
Change control
A platform-specific accessibility owner records known issues, evidence and remediation priorities. A new release, theme, language or embedded provider requires the affected journeys to be checked again. Keep existing approved truthful statements; do not replace measured gaps with an invented universal badge.
Platform-specific terms
Education services
1. Public catalogues, previews and free resources are provided under the public terms and do not create an enrolment contract.
2. Enrolment in a paid course is formed by accepting the enrolment terms and paying the tuition shown; it is subject to the statutory withdrawal right (C06) except where the learner expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges loss of the right.
3. Certificates issued by the platform state the issuing entity, the content covered and the assessment method. They are not accredited qualifications unless the certificate names the accrediting authority and reference.
4. For learners under 18, C19 applies.

Minors and guardians
1. The platform may be used by persons under 18 only where the specific service states so. In Spain, a person aged 14 or over may give their own consent to the processing of their personal data; for persons under 14, the holder of parental authority or guardianship must give consent and accept the terms. In the UK the corresponding age is 13.
2. The guardian's identity and capacity are verified before the minor's account is activated. The guardian may access, correct and delete the minor's data, and may close the account at any time.
3. Educators and other adults in contact with minors through the platform are vetted in accordance with the platform's safeguarding policy, and communications with minors are logged and may be reviewed. Recording of minors is permitted only with guardian consent.
4. Payment for a minor's service is made by the guardian; the minor's account cannot incur charges.
