Nexier School Guardian Authority Consent and Verification Form
Guardian statement
The actual adult guardian identifies themselves through the approved verified route, confirms lawful authority for the learner's age band and pseudonym, receives the child-facing notice and chooses the specific learning/account purpose. The consent is tied to the same tenant and learner scope, not all SET services. A school/institution delegation is separately evidenced where relevant.
Verification and choice
Explain the actual verification-only card or signed-form method, data recipients, fees if any and no child sale. Do not treat card possession alone as conclusive guardianship. Optional recording, publicity, research, social/behavioural profiling and unrelated model training require separate lawful analysis and choices; they are not conditions hidden inside school access.
Withdrawal and escalation
Provide an accessible revoke, account/access stop and rights request route. Explain any lawful education record retention, deletion/cooling and backup expiry. Direct safeguarding disclosures to an effective competent human route without unnecessary model exposure. No fabricated guardian signature or completed consent is included in these terms.
Platform-specific terms
Education services
1. Public catalogues, previews and free resources are provided under the public terms and do not create an enrolment contract.
2. Enrolment in a paid course is formed by accepting the enrolment terms and paying the tuition shown; it is subject to the statutory withdrawal right (C06) except where the learner expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges loss of the right.
3. Certificates issued by the platform state the issuing entity, the content covered and the assessment method. They are not accredited qualifications unless the certificate names the accrediting authority and reference.
4. For learners under 18, C19 applies.

Minors and guardians
1. The platform may be used by persons under 18 only where the specific service states so. In Spain, a person aged 14 or over may give their own consent to the processing of their personal data; for persons under 14, the holder of parental authority or guardianship must give consent and accept the terms. In the UK the corresponding age is 13.
2. The guardian's identity and capacity are verified before the minor's account is activated. The guardian may access, correct and delete the minor's data, and may close the account at any time.
3. Educators and other adults in contact with minors through the platform are vetted in accordance with the platform's safeguarding policy, and communications with minors are logged and may be reviewed. Recording of minors is permitted only with guardian consent.
4. Payment for a minor's service is made by the guardian; the minor's account cannot incur charges.
