Your consent comes first
Nexier School is built guardian-first: no learner under 18 takes part without a parent or guardian's consent.
Consent before anything
Your child's account stays switched off until you give consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
You see the record
A weekly summary, every term outcome and any support plan are visible to you.
Export and deletion go through you
You ask for a copy of the record or for it to be deleted; the learner cannot do it alone.
Learning data is never sold
Social, emotional and behaviour data is never sold, and no learner data is used for advertising.
No contact from strangers
There are no direct messages between learners and no contact details shared in class.
A person on safety
If your child tells a tutor about harm, the AI stops and a trained person follows up.
Children under the consent age
Where the law asks for a verified consent, we verify the guardian with a card check: the card is confirmed and no money is taken. Registration is open for families in Spain first; other countries follow as each one's legal review is done.

Guardian registration is open. Create your guardian account, confirm your email, then add your child under a nickname: we never ask for your child's name or date of birth. Register as a guardian
