2. Actual supplier and professional authority
A third-party provider, institution, charity or professional remains separately identified before a transaction. The service, total price, tax, merchant, professional registration where relevant and complaint route must be disclosed before a commitment. A link, demonstration, enquiry, simulated result, provisional quotation or AI conversation alone is not a binding order, licensed advice, clinical relationship, qualification award or donation receipt.
3. Website content and intellectual property
The operator and its licensors retain rights in software, branding and original site content. Visitors may read and link to public pages and use lawful quotation rights. No licence to resell the software, copy private Core source, impersonate the brand or extract confidential records is granted. Third-party marks and data are subject to their own rights and attribution.
4. Complaints and competent authorities
Send a sufficiently identified complaint through the contact route or by post; avoid sending passwords, full payment details, health records or identity documents through public enquiry forms. Privacy rights and supervisory complaints are addressed in the Privacy Notice. Regulated-service complaints also remain available to the relevant professional body and statutory regulator. Nothing requires a consumer to surrender a competent local court or mandatory redress right. Negotiated eligible business contracts may specify Spanish law and Barcelona courts.

1. Public catalogues, previews and free resources are provided under the public terms and do not create an enrolment contract.

Minors and guardians
1. The platform may be used by persons under 18 only where the specific service states so. In Spain, a person aged 14 or over may give their own consent to the processing of their personal data; for persons under 14, the holder of parental authority or guardianship must give consent and accept the terms. In the UK the corresponding age is 13.
2. The guardian's identity and capacity are verified before the minor's account is activated. The guardian may access, correct and delete the minor's data, and may close the account at any time.
3. Educators and other adults in contact with minors through the platform are vetted in accordance with the platform's safeguarding policy, and communications with minors are logged and may be reviewed. Recording of minors is permitted only with guardian consent.
4. Payment for a minor's service is made by the guardian; the minor's account cannot incur charges.
