Nexier School Cookies and Similar Technologies
1. Scope and measured limits
This notice concerns cookies, local storage, SDK identifiers, embedded media, fingerprinting and equivalent storage/access on nexierschool.com. No executed-browser cookie inventory was available during this review. An anonymous HTTP response alone cannot prove that scripts set no optional identifiers.
2. Essential and optional technology
Use strictly necessary technology only for an actually requested function, such as authentication/session integrity, consent preferences, fraud prevention required for a submitted form, or a requested checkout. A label such as analytics or security does not by itself establish an exemption. Before enabling a technology, record its exact name/provider, purpose, first/third party, expiry, data destination and exemption/consent justification. The existing inventory must be tested in a fresh browser, after reject, after accept and after withdrawal.
3. Choice
Where optional technology exists, show equally accessible Reject optional, Accept optional and Manage choices actions before loading it. Optional categories start off; scrolling, continued browsing, closing a banner or creating an account does not authorize them. Choices are granular by purpose; marketing is separate from service terms. Rejecting optional technology must preserve ordinary access to the public service. Keep a persistent Cookie settings link. Withdrawal stops future optional storage/access, triggers removal where possible and records the change; it does not retroactively invalidate lawful earlier processing.
4. Inventory and external services
Third-party media/map/voice/payment tools must be evaluated before their first request. A server-side analytics setup may still process personal data or access a device; cookie-free is not equivalent to law-free. UK exemptions, where used, need a separate current PECR analysis.
5. Support and proof

Education services
1. Public catalogues, previews and free resources are provided under the public terms and do not create an enrolment contract.
2. Enrolment in a paid course is formed by accepting the enrolment terms and paying the tuition shown; it is subject to the statutory withdrawal right (C06) except where the learner expressly requests immediate access and acknowledges loss of the right.
3. Certificates issued by the platform state the issuing entity, the content covered and the assessment method. They are not accredited qualifications unless the certificate names the accrediting authority and reference.
4. For learners under 18, C19 applies.

Minors and guardians
1. The platform may be used by persons under 18 only where the specific service states so. In Spain, a person aged 14 or over may give their own consent to the processing of their personal data; for persons under 14, the holder of parental authority or guardianship must give consent and accept the terms. In the UK the corresponding age is 13.
2. The guardian's identity and capacity are verified before the minor's account is activated. The guardian may access, correct and delete the minor's data, and may close the account at any time.
3. Educators and other adults in contact with minors through the platform are vetted in accordance with the platform's safeguarding policy, and communications with minors are logged and may be reviewed. Recording of minors is permitted only with guardian consent.
4. Payment for a minor's service is made by the guardian; the minor's account cannot incur charges.
